Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbajea platform and all its services, games, promotions, and bonuses. When you register on this platform, create an account, or begin using any service, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

We support the following payment methods for depositing funds on the xbajea platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be credited to your account promptly.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal.
• xbajea reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.

Currency

All transactions on xbajea are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The original bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may have its own validity period, wagering conditions, and list of eligible games.
• xbajea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

The xbajea VIP program has five tiers. Through regular play you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP cashback will be credited to your account at a set time each week. xbajea reserves the right to change the cashback amounts and applicable terms at its discretion. VIP status and benefits are non-transferable.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

General Gaming Terms

All games on the xbajea platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We are committed to providing every player with a fair gaming environment. The specific rules for each game are stated in that game's description.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software, bots, automation, or artificial means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the game system.
• Harassing, disrespecting, or threatening other players.
• Any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account in question will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game, xbajea reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. xbajea is not liable for losses resulting from server issues, internet disconnection, or any other cause outside its control.

Betting Rules

Special terms applicable to the sports betting section:

• The outcome of all bets depends on the official decisions of the relevant sports authority (such as ICC, FIFA, BPL, etc.).
• Bets recorded before an event begins are valid; bets placed after an event has started fall under the live betting section.
• If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount for that bet will be refunded; however, separate rules apply for full accumulator bets.
• xbajea reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of odds changes or errors.
• xbajea sets the maximum limit for any bet, and this is subject to change.
